Ever ready to test the boundaries of musical creation and consumption, GOLD have teamed up with Oaken Palace Records for a remix EP which will see Optimist tracks White Noise and You Too Must Die remixed by Necro Deathmort and Bestial Mouths respectively.

All proceedings of the release are going to the preservation of the critically endangered white-backed vulture and will be donated to the conservation program of the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB).

This release is limited to 250 copies on black virgin vinyl. A very limited test pressing edition with alternative cover artwork is available for pre-order via oakenpalace.com

Après avoir rajouté deux G et deux D à son nom, Gggolddd en a profité pour ralentir encore un peu le tempo. Bon, ce n'était déjà pas très speed, mais comme vous l'aurez compris : là n'est pas le but. Pour les avoir vus en live il y a peu, il faut se plonger dans une ambiance émotionnelle bien particulière, à la croisée de l'indé et du gothique. Bref, fans de Kreator ou de Veil of maya, passez votre chemin... Poesy Rider

Aww... I am melting! That voice is phenomenal! The way it so delicately conveys all the horrors the EP is about. The instruments are used very effectively to maximise the vocals too. Sometimes I forget that strong & powerful emotions do not necessarily need metal to be conveyed effectively... :) The new version of "He Is Not" is incredible! Love the lyrics too!
